> What’s gonna happen next for the game. AKA my to-do list.
First update! The Great Forest is at an acceptable state of completion. Its map is decorated, 2 sidequests have been added, as well as two buildings and a small NPC settlement. 3 main quests are completable, and a new area (Village) has been opened to explore. Enemy encounters have been added in the Forest, but the balancing is questionable at best, and will be tweaked more as the game unfolds.
I’m uncertain if the village will be worked on more, it seems good enough for now. Not much will happen in the village anyway, it’s mostly meant as a buffer place for lore/NPCs (no sidequests).
If you try this game, I’m open to feedback and suggestions! :) (And please report any bugs/issues found….)
- Bugfixing
- Implement Castle Ruins
- Map and interactables (first priority)
- Implement party members (?)
- Looking at 6 potential candidates… maybe roll out two at a time?
- Implement more items (consumables, gear)
- Place more chests down
- More sidequests (?)
- Game balance
- Karma system? (There should be a reason to put flowers on graves…)
- Make Funeral Flowers renewable
